The Tyrolean farmer's chalet, which was very extensively and extensively modernized in 2016, offers around 200 square meters of living space on two levels with a very high level of comfort. All rooms are heated with a modern gas heating system (partly underfloor heating, partly radiators). For those who can't or don't want to let go - of course we also have WiFi and TV ...

 

Ground floor: There is a large hall on the ground floor, from which there is access to the living room, the kitchen and a small TV room.
The large, cozy and typical Tyrolean farmhouse parlor has an all-round upholstered bench, old paneled wooden walls and ceiling, as well as a tiled stove which, as is customary in old farmhouses, is heated with wood from the hall. (Note: It may be, depending on the air pressure, that the tiled stove smokes something at first, but that stops after a short time and there is a cozy warmth!)

The kitchen is bright, quaint, functional. Our favorite and the perfect place for long evenings in large groups as well as extensive breakfasts. In addition to the electrical cooking and baking options, there is also a wooden stove that you are welcome to light. Wood is of course provided. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with everything important. Glasses, cutlery and crockery are enough for more than 12 people, a dishwasher makes life easier and an espresso / coffee machine, a kitchen machine, raclette and fondue devices complete the whole thing.

 

1st floor: A total of 4 bedrooms are available, of which 2 rooms with attached modern bath shower / bath / WC and 2 bedrooms that share a larger modern bathroom with shower and tub. We have one of the bedrooms equipped with a bunk bed, so that it can be used perfectly as a children's room. We are happy to provide a children's travel cot on request. In addition, there are separate toilets on the ground floor and first floor.

The house also has a small enclosed garden where you can grill in summer or chill out on loungers.
